Egg, cheese and broccoli muffins

Grate the broccoli and chop the onion into small cubes. We put everything in the pan with little oil and sauté until both things are cooked.

Beat 4 eggs and add them to a bowl along with the cooked broccoli and onion. Add a splash of vegetable milk and grated emmental cheese and mix everything in the bowl.

Preheat the oven to 250 for 5 minutes. Put the mixture in small baking containers (I used small metal cups because I didn't have any others) and put them in the oven.

Leave in the oven with heat up and down until golden brown (they may overflow a little when cooked if you fill the containers too much). I had 6 cups with these quantities.
