Prepare the dough. Mix the flour, yeast, warm water, EVOO and salt and knead until the dough is formed.

Make a ball and place in a large bowl (greased with EVOO). Cover with cling film and let stand for one hour (until doubled in volume).

Make the pizza: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the tray with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a pizza shape and place on the baking sheet.

Add the crushed tomato, spreading it well with a spoon.

Place the thinly sliced mozzarella and the slices of ham.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Open the oven, add the eggs on top of the pizza, putting a pinch of salt on top of each one.

Bake for 5 more minutes.

When the pizza is ready, add a drizzle of uncooked EVOO and serve.
