For the stuffing: fry the onion together with half a red bell pepper and chopped carrot. Add spices and 3 tablespoons of tomato. Remove and add 2 cans of natural tuna and goat cheese in pieces. Set aside.

For the dough : mix in a bowl 60 ml of vegetable milk (I used rice milk) with 1 tablespoon of EVOO, 1 egg and stir. Add 150 gr of ground oatmeal and knead until you get a non-sticky dough. With these quantities it is viscous, so I have added whole wheat flour to give it the consistency until it has been the texture.

Roll out with a rolling pin and shape with a circular mold. Fill with the filling and close. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle seeds on top.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let cool on a wire rack and eat 😋.
