Chop a clove of garlic and add it to the frying pan with a little oil and salt. We also chop the bell pepper and the onion, which we will add as soon as the garlic starts to fry. We leave it over medium-low heat, we will wait for about 25', which will be when we will add the chopped tomato 🔥.

While they pass, we can go chopping the chicken into strips, then we will put it in a bowl with a little oil and spice it with curry, salt, paprika and parsley. We will do exactly the same in another container with the cooked beans (previously rinsed) 🧂.

After 25' we can add the chopped tomato to the pan. And when it takes about 5' or 10' more, we will put the chicken and beans (we can raise the heat a little) 🍲.

When this mixture has lost its water (±15'), we can plate it (the difficult part is already done). ✔️

Now it's time to assemble 🧩: (a) We toast the 8 whole wheat pancakes a little. b) Spread each pancake with a teaspoon of guacamole and a teaspoon of Mexican sauce. c) Add some lettuce to each one. d) Add to each one, a spoonful of the filling that we have prepared up to step 4. e) It is convenient to toast a little bit the fajitas already folded so that they do not open by themselves.
