Bring a pot of water to boil. Meanwhile cut the broccoli into small florets (also the stems) and wash well. When the water starts to boil, blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes.

Dry the tofu by pressing a little with a clean cloth, cut into cubes and sauté in a frying pan with a tablespoon of EVOO along with the mushrooms until they lose their water.

Add the broccoli and sauté everything together. Add the spices to taste and remove from the heat.

Serve with a few cubes of cheddar or aged cheese.
