Bring water to a boil in a pot with the salt and butter. Add the pasta when it is boiling. Let it boil until it is to your liking.

Cut the bacon into thin strips. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cheese (powdered or grated, as you like) and pepper, the latter to taste. Mix well.

When the pasta is to taste, drain it. Take a frying pan, pour the oil and cook the pancetta until it browns a little.

With the pancetta ready and the fire off, pour the pasta and stir for a minute. Add the egg mixture, the cheese and the pepper, stirring constantly. And that's it! Let's enjoy!
