Peel and slice the apple and microwave for two minutes with cinnamon.

Crush the apple and add four tablespoons of oatmeal and a glass of milk, optionally you can add a teaspoon of cocoa.

Put it all in the microwave. In my case I have left it 6 minutes at maximum but I recommend doing intervals of one or two minutes to see when it gets the texture you want.
