Tuna meatballs and baked potato chips

The first thing I have done is preheat the oven to 185 degrees and cut the potato. Put it on the baking sheet without touching with oil and salt and go mirandolss until they get medium roasted color.

While the potatoes are cooking, in a bowl put, in my case for one person, 2 cans of well-drained tuna, 1 egg, salt, 1 chopped garlic and bread crumbs until the dough can be handled to make balls and does not stick.

In a frying pan with a little oil, brown the meatballs until they are toasted and once they are colored, remove to absorbent paper.

In the same oil, put a small piece of leek, half an onion and half a green bell pepper. Cook until soft and add the tomato and a splash of cream. Once the sauce is ready, I have passed it through the blender and returned again to the pan to introduce the meatballs in it and finish cooking,
