It's in my profile, but I leave again the recipe for the vanilla cream🍦. 1° Soak 4-5 dates in a little warm water for 30 minutes. Then crush 2° Beat two eggs, add the date paste, a glass of milk and mix. 3° Add two tablespoons of oat flour, better sifted to avoid lumps. 4° Open the vanilla pod and remove the seeds, add them, stir and add the pod too (then remove it when you are going to use the cream). 5° Put on the fire while stirring until it thickens. When it has the thickness you like, let the cream cool. ✓ With these quantities you will have cream left over, you can use it for other recipes or eat it as custard. If you don't want so much quantity just reduce the ingredients by half 🤗.

Add the ground almonds, stir. 3° Add the mixture to the molds (you can add a little EVOO) and microwave for about 3 minutes. Pierce it to test if it is done or not and needs more cooking. 4° When cool open them in half, fill them with the cream, cover with chocolate, let cool in the fridge and ENJOY ♥️
