In the meantime, we prepare the sauce. To do this, we squeeze the oranges and add the juice in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, chopped garlic, ginger, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Stir well.

Once the chicken is seared, lower the heat to low and add the sauce. The cornstarch will thicken the sauce.

Serve the chicken with the sauce and some rice.
