Finely chop garlic and parsley.

Heat a good splash of EVOO and add the garlic and parsley.

When the garlic begins to brown, add the tablespoon of flour and mix.

Add a glass of water and salt (this can be replaced by fish broth) and stir with a wooden spoon in circles so that everything is integrated and the sauce becomes thicker.

Add the drained peas

Cook the hake 4-5 minutes on each side.

Optional: add sliced boiled eggs for garnish
