Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC.

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients. The almond cream (or whatever), the coconut oil and the vegetable drink (or milk) and we mix until we get a dough that does not stick to our hands.

Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper, put another piece of parchment paper on top and roll it out with a rolling pin.

Cut with a cookie cutter and place in the air fryer at 180ºC for 15 minutes.

Let cool and ready😋
