Spaghetti with Gorgonzola cheese, pears and walnuts

Boil the pasta for 9-11 minutes in a saucepan. Cut the pear into small cubes and chop the walnuts. Set aside.

In a frying pan, put the cream and heat over low-medium heat. When it is hot, add the Gorgonzola and stir to blend. Add more chopped pear pieces and walnuts to the sauce and stir again.

Drain the pasta when it is done. Add it to the sauce and mix well.

Serve with a few pieces of pear and walnuts on top. Add a touch of pepper on top.
