I recommend that you buy shrimp tails, because if you buy them whole and fresh, you have to remove the head and take the tail. Peel them, in case they are not peeled.

Put the shrimp in a bowl and wash them to remove impurities. I recommend drying them with absorbent paper, so that when you add them to the frying pan, the oil does not jump excessively.

Peel and chop 10 cloves of garlic and brown them in a frying pan with a spoon/drip of extra virgin olive oil.

Add the shrimp and raise the temperature. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add a splash/spoon of white wine and when the shrimp are ready (they change to a reddish/pinkish color) serve them.
