Put the potato, zucchini, cornstarch, grated mozzarella, egg and salt in a bowl and mix until well blended.

Place in a well-spread pan, add a little oil and cook in the airfryer at 200° for 15 minutes. Carefully turn the focaccia over and cook for 3 more minutes.
