Grate the zucchini and remove excess water (one zucchini per person).

Mix the egg with the zucchini and season to taste.

On a baking tray put baking paper and flatten all the mixture leaving a very thin layer and leaving it in the oven for about 20'.

While the dough is baking, cook the salmon and onion in a frying pan.

Once the dough has been baked for 20 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool a little. Cut and fill with the salmon.
