Two days before: Clean the squid and/or baby squid (I like to freeze the fish before using it).

Add salt and Put a little EVOO in the frying pan and cook the squid. Meanwhile, in another frying pan fry the onion or, as in my case, defrost it, since I freeze it already browned.

When the squid is ready, add a teaspoon of garlic-parsley and the onion, mix and serve.
