In a frying pan add a little olive oil, garlic and broccoli in small pieces, sauté for 2 minutes, add the beans, almonds, walnuts, salt, pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add the diced bonito on a plate and on top, and that's it. Enjoy. It is easy, healthy and light.
