Wash and cut the vegetables into strips, except for the potato, which we cut into slices. Cook the steamed vegetables in the microwave, about 5 minutes approximately. We add salt and the spices that we most like, I put oregano, rosemary and thyme. * The quantity of vegetables is orientative, it is possible to make more, the one that is left over will be cooked equally.

Prepare a good piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper, place a generous bed of vegetables and add a drizzle of EVOO. Place a salmon loin on top, season with salt and pepper and add a spoonful of white wine. Close the paper as airtight as possible. Each package is individual. If you have leftover vegetables, you can prepare a package just for this one.

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven and the size of the salmon.
