Soak the pea protein for about 15 minutes. Then drain very well and mix with the chopped slices of bread and the spices you want (I put salt, pepper, garlic and parsley). Make balls of the size you want. Help yourself with a little whole wheat flour. Take them to the frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil to brown them.
