The first thing to do is to wash the potatoes very well, prick them and put them in the microwave for about 10-15 minutes until they are well cooked.

On the other hand, if the octopus (bought previously cooked) is not cut, we cut it in slices a little thinner than a finger. In our case it was already cut like this.

Once the potatoes are ready, peel them very carefully and cut them into slices as you can see in the image. I like them to be quite thick. And place them covering the whole dish we are going to use.

Finally, add a little oil to the potatoes, place the octopus on top of the potatoes in the same way and season with a little sweet paprika and a touch of hot paprika, a little oil and salt. And we give a touch of heat to the mi rotondas and we have our octopus ready to eat 😋.
