Boil the rice and sauté the chives in a frying pan. A few minutes later add the diced ham and mushrooms and sauté to taste (think that it also contains soy sauce).

Separate the egg white from the yolk and add the egg white to the scrambled egg white in the pan. Stir well to obtain a scrambled egg white.

When the rice is ready, drain it and add the egg yolk to get the golden and juicy effect.

Add the browned rice to the mixture in the frying pan and add soy just right. Stir and ready. You can add half a slice of cheese on top.
