Cut the broccoli into small pieces and wash. Cook it together with the potato and carrot previously peeled and cut into small squares.

Drain well and add to a frying pan with hot oil. Cut the slices of ham and cheese into small pieces and add them to the broccoli, potato and carrot. Stir and poach well to mix all the ingredients.

Once the cheese has melted, add a splash of vinegar, stir, leave for another minute over medium heat and that's it.
