Put the chicken fillets in a frying pan and season with the spices. Once done, remove from the pan and cut into small pieces.

In the frying pan where the steaks have been cooked, add the onion in small pieces and sauté until it is soft.

Put the chopped chicken fillets, onion, 3 eggs, milk and cheese in a bowl and mix everything together.

Put the whole wheat tortillas in a baking dish (my dish was large and the tortillas were very small, so I had to put 4 of them to cover the whole dish). Once the tortillas are ready, add the mixture and a little more cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180° for 30 min. And ready, it's delicious😋😋
