First we put the pumpkin to boil and when it can be pricked we take it out and mash it with a fork. Next to the pumpkin we mash the two bananas, the riper the better, because it will be easier and will give more sweetness.

Then add the two eggs and the 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to the mixture. Stir all the wet ingredients and finally add the dry ingredients (100 g of flour and yeast).

Finally, add the cinnamon to taste. The approximate time I put it was 40-45 min at 170° so that it was well done.

At serving time I put some peanut butter and it combined great 🥰.
