The first thing we are going to do will be a French omelette; we break an egg, beat it, put pieces of Serrano ham, take a frying pan which we heat a little and put a drop of oil, then we put the beaten egg in the pan and let it cook.

Once the French omelette is done, we take a burgos cheese (or one of preference) and with a fork we crush it, although this step is not necessary, but I like it that way馃槉, then we take the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, finally we add a little salt.

We put it on the plate as everyone wants and enjoy馃構.
