Cut the potatoes into very fine straws and the onion into fine julienne strips. Add a splash of AOVE and fry together in the frying pan for about 15/20 minutes over medium/high heat. Remove and set aside.

Another splash of EVOO and add the finely chopped bell pepper along with 1 clove of chopped garlic. Add the desalted cod, the milk and salt and pepper. Cover and let it cook over medium/low heat for about 15 minutes. We turn it a few times so that it does not stick, just in case.

In a baking dish add: potatoes as a base, well spread out, then the cod with the bell pepper and finally the beaten eggs.

Make sure that everything is well distributed. I used a large glass bowl and I got a thin cake with a finger and a little thickness. If you want it taller, use a rectangular mold or similar 😉.

Bake (preheated) at 190° up and down for about 15/20 min until you see it a little browned. Et voila! Enjoy it family! Super tasty and super healthy 🤤♥️
