Sear the vegetables and potatoes over high heat in a pot with a tablespoon of oil. For about 10 min.

Add about 1250 ml of water and when it starts to boil lower the heat to medium, cover and let it cook for 20-25 min. until the vegetables are soft. 👉🏼 In the ingredients I only put 250 ml of water because actually only a part of all the water that we add remains in the cream.

Separate the broth from the vegetables.

Mash the vegetables together with salt and pepper to taste and a couple of ladles of broth. Add more or less broth, depending on the desired consistency.

Pour back into the pot and add a spoonful of cream cheese (optional) to add creaminess and blend well with a whisk.

And ready! Serve and add boiled egg, seeds, etc. on top.
