Baked potatoes and shallots with rosemary and thyme

Wash and cut the potatoes. Peel and cut the shallots

In a baking tray, add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Place the potatoes and shallots on the tray.

Add the two crushed garlic, rosemary and thyme and season with salt and pepper. Add another drizzle of oil

Cover with foil and put in the oven for about 30 minutes (check that the potato is done).
