In a blender cup, add the milk, cheeses, nuts, xanthan gum, flavoring and protein and mix well until a creamy mass is formed.

In the ice cream molds, pour a teaspoon of peanut butter and spread it well all over the mold. Then fill the molds, without moving the peanut butter. And put it in the freezer (I leave it overnight).

The next day, or several hours, unmold it. In a glass jar I put the chocolate (the one you want, in this case I made it with unsweetened milk chocolate, but I usually make it with chocolate 85) and a teaspoon of coconut oil and melt it in the microwave, at 30 second intervals, until it is completely melted. Add the chopped almonds and stir well. Then we bathe the ice creams and freeze!
