Toasts with ham, avocado and egg

On 2 slices of whole wheat toast (I used 100% whole wheat Dextrin Lino bread), mash 1/4 avocado. It can be mashed before and then spread to avoid breaking the bread.

On the bread and avocado base, we cut 2 slices of Serrano ham (if we put them already cut, it will be easier to eat).

Cook the eggs (grilled, microwave, in water... To your taste), and put them on top. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
