Cook the pumpkin and onion with the olive oil in a frying pan. When ready, mash together with the ricotta cheese. I do it in a blender cup. Set aside while the protein is cooking. If the sauce is too thick, add water until the desired consistency is reached.

Cook the chicken breast and mushrooms (in strips, cubes, as you like).

When ready, add the sauce to the pan along with the mushrooms and protein.

Spice to taste. I used salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta as usual. When it is ready, add it to the pan with the sauce, mix and serve. and serve. Serve the pasta first and then add the sauce.

Add your favorite cheese on top.
