Brown the vegetables with 2 tablespoons of oil and then add the meat in small pieces to brown as well.

We add a glass of wine...I use Montilla moriles .....we add salt and spices.... which in this case is a mixture of hot spices ......and let it reduce.... we cover the pot and let it cook

Apart we prepare the rice.... first with the tablespoon of oil that we had left we browned another garlic and rice ...... add the water ... I have also added turmeric so it is yellow.....and let it cook
