If you don't have cooked rice, cook it as indicated on the package. If you have it, add the tablespoons of rice vinegar and the soy sauce and stir well until the rice is brown.

Put the rice in a tupper with wet baking paper and place it so that it is well compacted. Leave it in the fridge for at least 4/6 hours. In my case, I left it overnight.

Take out the baking paper with the rice and cut the block of rice into squares. Brush it with olive oil. Preheat your airfryer for about 5 minutes although it is not mandatory.

Place the rice squares in your airfryer and fry for about 15 minutes.

When they are crunchy, add the ingredients you like the most. In this recipe, mayonnaise, avocado and diced salmon are delicious!
