Mix all ingredients except chocolate and coconut oil. Put the dough in the doughnut mold (preferably silicone). Bake in the oven for 20' at 200º (keeping an eye on it).

Cover: melt the chocolate and oil in a bain-marie.

Unmold the doughnuts when cold. Cover with chocolate and put in the fridge. The next day they are even better!
