Chop the bell pepper and the onion. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and when it is hot, add the bell pepper and onion.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan, fry the ham in pieces until it is well fried. Add the mushrooms to the ham and cook until done.

When the bell pepper and onion are poached, add 2 teaspoons of paprika and one teaspoon of corn flour and stir well.

Add half a glass of water, half a glass of white wine and a bay leaf and stir from time to time until the wine evaporates and the sauce is thick. Almost at the end we add a little parsley.
