Put a little bit of oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic very chopped, and the chili pepper. Add a pinch of salt, and cover to cook slowly.

Once it is transparent, add the chopped parsley, a can of fresh mussels and a can of fresh cockles. Stir and add 100g of tomato. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
