Grilled turbot with green asparagus

We ask the fishmonger to cut the turbot in slices and in all its width. We put the grill over high heat, when it is hot add the oil and put our turbot that we have previously seasoned with salt and pepper.

We leave the turbot for about 5 minutes on one side and turn it over, when we see that it has changed color, it is ready to be removed.

Wash the asparagus, cut the hardest part of the stalk, while we have put the grill to heat, when it is hot add the asparagus and cook them at the same time as the turbot.

Remove the asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Remove the turbot and enjoy the menu.
