Preparación de la receta
1
Add the rice flour, cornstarch and almonds and grind everything; in Thermomix program 15 seconds at speed 10. In other choppers, at maximum power until you see everything well crushed. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 180°, heat up and down.
2
Add the cocoa and the rest of the liquid ingredients (vanilla, oil and milk) and program 20 seconds at speed 5. We must have a compact dough, that does not stick to the hands and that molds easily (as if it were plasticine).
3
Once we have the dough, we shape our cereals (according to each one's taste*) and put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° up and down heat (as we had preheated).
4
I have used hazelnut and rice drink, but you can use any other vegetable drink, milk, whey or even water. *My recommendation is to make churros with the dough, then cut them into very thin slices and flatten them with your hand giving it the shape of Chocapic; it is much faster than making balls or squares by stretching the dough. I leave you the video of Maricel's original recipe so you can see what I mean, as it is how she does it. https://youtu.be/MtzoOiuITYk (minute 6:30 to see the fastest and most efficient way to cut them)
