Place the textured soybeans in a deep dish.

Put it to soak. Depending on the size leave time to taste. To make it crispier leave about 6 minutes.

Place a tablespoon and a half of oil in the frying pan. Optional: add cayenne pepper.

Drain the soybeans well.

Pour it into the pan, with medium high heat and add spices to taste. In my case: salt, garlic powder and sweet paprika. Leave it until it is golden brown and crispy. And eat!
