I leave here the ingredients so that you know that it is from where: Bun: 100 gr egg white. 10 gr pure cocoa powder. 20 gr of oatmeal chocolate flavor. 15 gr skimmed milk. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. Filling: 30 gr natural protein yogurt. 10 gr erythritol. Coating: 2 ounces 92% chocolate. 1 ounce white chocolate without sugar.

In the glass of the mixer put all the ingredients of the bun and blend well until it is integrated. Transfer to our cups trying to distribute the same amount in each one of them so that they are done equally and put them in for two minutes at maximum power. If we see that it is not done when we take it out, we put it in for another 30 seconds.

Meanwhile we make the filling by mixing the yogurt with the sweetener until we reach the desired texture and taste.

Unmold the buns. Let them cool completely. With the help of an apple corer we make a hole in the center of each one of them without reaching the bottom and fill with our cream.

Melt the dark chocolate in the micro at 30-second intervals so that it does not burn. Do the same with the white chocolate. We put the dark chocolate on top of our buns. Pour the white chocolate into a piping bag and cut the tip finely and make the drawing.

TIPs: I have used flavored flour, and it comes already sweetened, so I have not used sweetener. If you use natural whole wheat flour, add your usual sweetener to taste. I have decorated with white chocolate, but it is supposed to be decorated with the filling. I used protein yogurt because it has a high density and stays creamy.

There are three buns and each one of them would have 105 Kcal approximately.
