Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with half of the oil. In the meantime, cut the zucchini into thin strips (as shown in the photo).

Once hot, sprinkle a little salt in the pan and cook the zucchini slices to taste.

We keep the cooked zucchini on a plate inside the microwave and in case we have not entered everything in the pan we repeat the process with the remaining zucchini.

Cut the breasts into thin slices and season to taste. Once we have finished cooking the zucchini we put the remaining oil in a frying pan and cook the breasts until they are to our liking. It is important not to overcook them to prevent them from being too dry.

Assemble as shown in the photo alternating slices of zucchini and breast. Add the peppers and ...ready!
