Chickpeas with chicken, vegetables and rice

Chop the garlic, red bell pepper, onion and tomato into small pieces. If you do not like any ingredient you can substitute it for another or remove it.

In a large frying pan, pour a little olive oil. When it is hot, add the chopped vegetables. Add salt and paprika , cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

While the vegetables are cooking, in another frying pan cut the breast into small strips and cook them on both sides and add a little salt.

When the chicken is ready, pour the drained chickpeas and the chicken into the pan where the vegetables are and stir. After a couple of minutes pour in the chicken broth (you can add a bay leaf for flavor). Cook over medium heat until the broth evaporates enough to make the stew juicy. You can add more paprika for more flavor.

In the microwave add the two bags of rice for about 3 minutes.

When the chickpeas are ready and the rice is ready, it's time to move!
