Boil the rice in a rice cooker.

Cut the salmon into pieces and sear it in the pan, leaving the skin toasted and the center undercooked.

Chop and prepare fresh ingredients

Set the rice aside, wash with cold water and leave in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until cold.

Assemble the poké, placing the rice in a bowl underneath with the dressing (oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce) and the rest of the ingredients on top, without mixing.
