Salmorejo with ham and hard boiled egg

Peel the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and add them to the blender jar.

Peel half a garlic (add as much as you like) and add to the glass.

Take a good piece of bread and remove the crust and cut into small pieces (I like to remove it but you can also do it with the crust), add it little by little to the blender to obtain the desired texture of the salmorejo.

Add salt, olive oil and vinegar to taste and blend with a blender. Taste and correct the taste and texture with the bread crumbs, EVOO or vinegar to taste.

Finally, take it to the fridge and eat it very fresh. In my case I add serrano ham and chopped hard-boiled egg 馃憣.
