First add a little olive oil and fry half a chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Then add half a chopped tomato and sweet paprika. We also add the seafood.

After frying all these ingredients, add the rice and mix well for 2 minutes.

Then we will add the water together with a little salt and saffron. The measures are: for one measure of rice, two measures of water. We will mix a little bit just to distribute the ingredients well and then we will not mix any more.

Add the seafood we want on top, which should already be somewhat cooked. Cook for about 8 minutes over high heat, then 7 minutes over medium heat and 10 minutes over very low heat. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
