Basmati rice with artichokes

First we will need a chicken or vegetable stock.

Chop the vegetables. Cut the artichokes in 4 pieces after cleaning them. And fry them with AOVE. When they are more poached, add a spoonful of soy sauce.

Add the rice and fry for a couple of minutes.

We add the chicken broth and the spices we want. I have added turmeric to give it some color, although the red onion and the artichoke give it that tone.

When the rice is ready, let it rest and eat!
