Soak the dates for a few hours or the night before.

Beat the contents of the yogurt with the dates to make it as fine as possible.

In a bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, yeast and sugar (in the ingredients list it says cup but you have to use the yogurt measure). If when sifting you have some of the whole wheat flour husks left in the sieve, you can add them to the result anyway.

We beat the eggs, mix them well, but well, with the oil and the yogurt with dates.

We make a hole in the bowl which had flour, sugar etc. And add the yogurt mixture, dates etc. slowly. Stir until it is smooth and shiny (you will have to change arms several times) this is important.

Pour into a mold. Bake at 180° for about 35 minutes. So that it doesn't make a hard crust I start with the oven heat only at the bottom. Use the knife trick to see if it is ready.
