We start by dividing the cauliflower into florets. We put it on the fire in a pot covered with water and let it boil until it is soft (I like it like this, but do it to your taste). Drain and set aside.

In a frying pan put a dash of olive oil and when it is hot add the garlic. Fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the oil where we have fried the garlic, add a spoonful of sweet paprika, fry carefully so that it does not burn and add the boiled and drained cauliflower.

Sauté for a few minutes, add the fried garlic, add salt and keep on the heat for five to 10 minutes more.
