The bananas must be very ripe, dark black and soft in order to add sweetness to the flan. Blend all the ingredients with a blender. Preheat the oven to 180°c . Put the mold in a bain-marie and put everything in the oven for about 30 minutes approx. It will depend on the oven of each house. Check if it is done by pricking with a pale stick on several sides. If so, take it out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature for a while and then put it in the fridge. Let it rest at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Turn over carefully and enjoy this spectacular Banana Flan that is🤤🤤🤤.
